ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with Crime No. not known of 2019, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 341 and 506(ii) IPC, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.207 of 2019, dated 12.05.2019.

3. In such view of the matter, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders:

(a) The respondent police shall complete the investigation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (b) The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

(c) if the respondent police intends to proceed further they can act in accordance with law with the procedure under Section 41 (A) of Cr.P.C.

3. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
