PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to modify the condition to direct the petitioner to appear before the any other police at Tirunelveli District instead of respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of 30 days as per the order dated 06.12.2019 made in Cr.M.P.No.5785 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition to direct the petitioner to appear before the any other police at Tirunelveli District instead of respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of 30 days as per the order dated 06.12.2019 made in Cr.M.P.No.5785 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.

2. This petition for direction has been filed before this Court directly without approaching the concerned court which has granted anticipatory bail.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial court seeking for direction to modify the condition. If the same is rejected by the concerned court, the petitioner can very well approach this Court.
