Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate Kodaikanal, Dindigul District in connection with Crime No. 31/2016 pending on the file of the Respondent directed by this Honourable Court in Crl. O. P. (MD) NO. 19140/2016 dated 05.10.2016 for a further period of 10 days or otherwise as this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA,Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner

that since there is a delay in filing this petition, the petitioner is willing to pay costs (to be fixed by this Court), to anyone of the orphanages/trusts.

4. Under such circumstances, time for complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.19140 of 2016 dated 05.10.2016 is extended for further period of two weeks from the date on which a copy of this order is made ready, subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,500/-(Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred Only) as costs to "Indian Association for the Blind, Sundarajampatty, Alagarkovil Main Road, Arumbanur Post, Madurai" within a period of two weeks from the date on which a copy of this order is made ready. The petitioner is also directed to produce the receipt before the lower Court, failing which, this order shall stand automatically dismissed, without further reference to this Court.
