Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to impugned return letter issued by the 5th respondent in No.WEL/VISA/28823/2023 dated 02.02.2023 and the consequential return order in No.WEL/VISA/003CE23/2023 dated 25.07.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 5th respondent to grant Visa considering the petitioner's Tourist Visa Application No.NZLWV00A0A23 dated 21.06.2023 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
