ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to directing the third respondent to complete the speedy enquiry of the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.11.2024(Reference No.EUB24567753) and 27.11.2024 and take necessary action in accordance with law within the time framed by this Court.

2. The petitioner's case is that the third respondent at the instance of Chandrasekar and Hemavathi is harassing the petitioner to vacate her property, which was derived from her father by way of Will and handed over the same to Chandrasekar stating that there was civil court order. According to the petitioner, there was no Civil court order. In this regard, the petitioner had also filed Crl.O.P(MD).No.21442 of 2024 seeking not to harass and the same was closed on the ground that the complaint lodged by Chandrasekar was enquired and closed. The contention of the petitioner is that though the said Chandrasekar's complaint was enquiry, 2/5

the petitioner's complaint that the said Chandrasekar and others is attempting to grab her property by preparing forged document and they also abused and threatened her, is not conducted so far. The petitioner has also sent representation in detail on 27.11.2024. Since no action has been taken so far, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that if the petitioner appears along with supporting document before the respondent police, enquiry on the petitioner's complaint would be conducted and the same would be concluded.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner to appear before the respondent police along with her supporting documents and on that day, the respondent police shall ensure the presence of counter petitioner and thereafter, conduct enquiry and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's complaint in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
