Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as accused in Crime No.624 of 2015, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 417 and 367 of IPC, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. According to the prosecution that the accused had taken the sister of de facto complainant as bonded labourer to Saudi Arabia and they did not pay her salary also.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the alleged victim is aged about 40 years and she had gone for employment at Saudi Arabia and the employer has also deposited her salary in the account of her mother and he has also produced a receipt for payment of money.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Thoothukudi, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
