O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 30.04.2024 in W.P(MD)No.10735 of 2024 in true letter and spirit.
2. While allowing the said writ petition, this Court directed the respondents therein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2024, in the light of the observations made in the said order and pass orders by granting the annual increment along with monetary benefits for the period between 2013 to 2019 and disburse the same to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents. In compliance of Statutory Notice issued by this Court on 24.02.2025, Dr.K.Gopal, I.A.S., the first respondent herein is present before this Court. With respect to the second respondent, a sub application has been filed seeking to dispense with the appearance of the second respondent.
4. During the course of hearing, Mr.Baskaran, the learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate for the respondent would submit that the state has filed Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD).No.518 of 2025, against the single judge order dated 30.04.2024. On 18.03.2025, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court passed an order of Interim stay till 01.04.2025.
5. The learned senior counsel further submits that the respondents passed an order on 28.03.2025 and implementing the order of the learned Single Judge dated 30.04.2024, subject to the result of the Writ Appeal pending before this Court.

In view of the fact that the order of this Court has been complied with vide proceedings dated 28.03.2025, subject to the out come of Writ Appeal and in the said Writ Appeal stay has been granted, in our considered view at present no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition.
