ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the safety and security of the petitioner at G.V.G. Paper Mill(Opposite) Nallur, Pushpathu Post, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District based on his complaint dated 22.01.2025.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that some unknown persons are following him and taking photographs due to professional motive, therefore he had sent a complaint dated 22.01.2025 to the respondent police but no action has been taken, hence he has filed the above petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that they have received the complaint through post and thereafter whey they tried to approach the petitioner herein they came to known through his brother that the petitioner went to Uttar Pradesh. Even according to the complaint there is no specific allegation about any particular person and the complaint is vague. Therefore they are unable to proceed further with the above complaint. 2/4
4.This Court also perused the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.01.2025 and on perusal of the complaint it is seen that there is no specific allegation about any particular person and the complaint is only vague and bald allegations. In view of the same it is not proper to consider the prayer of the petitioner.
5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However if any threat persists it is for the petitioner to approach the second respondent in accordance with law. 04.02.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No aav To
