Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VEERA ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners shall comply with the present condition till 08.12.2016 and thereafter, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, monthly once i.e., on first Sunday and also as and when required until further orders.
