Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Calling for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in O.Mu.No.6035/A5/2018 dated 17.12.19 and quash the same being illegal, invalid and against the law laid down by this Honble Court and also violated the principles of natural justice and contrary to the law and direct the respondent to dispose the petitioner salary increments pending from teh April 2013 without insisting the pass on TET examination.
