15 of 2014 passed by the learned Sessions, Madurai Needhimandram, Madurai pending disposal of the above appeal Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ANNAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and the Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent is also present.
2.On perusal of the records would show that this Court vide order dated 04.01.2017 has granted interim appeal bail to the petitioner till 01.02.2017 and subsequently, it has been extended. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has no objection to suspend the sentence of imprisonment alone, till the disposal of the Appeal, since Appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ bail had already been granted by this Court.
4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to suspend the sentence of imprisonment along till the disposal of the Appeal, as per terms mentioned in order dated 04.01.2017.
