The petitioner is an employee who has filed the writ petition with 567 days delay. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that there is no sufficient reason for the delay.

3.This Court is convinced with the reason that the petitioner being an employee is without terminal benefits and due to the ill health and financial status he could not file the petition within time.
