This Criminal Original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.44 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner/3rd accused herein.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.44 of 2018 and final report has also been made ready and it will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks.

3. Mrs. M.Meena, D/o. Mariappan, Inspector of Police, Rajakamangalam Circle, Eathamozhi Police Station, Kanyakumari District District has filed an affidavit before this Court stating that the final report will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks.
