Respondent Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.11 of 2021 in Spl.S.C.NO.60 of 2018, dated 03/02/2021 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni and to recall the witness PW2 for cross Examination.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and on perusal of the letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court) Theni, vide letter D.No.627 /2021 dated 09/07/2021, requesting for extension of time to dispose of the case pending on its file and this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.60 of 2018. 2.This Court has already allowed of the Criminal Original Petition, by order dated 16.12.2021 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.60 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of two months to dispose of the said case.

3.Due to pandemic period, Court has been closed. On this ground, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in Spl.S.C.No.60 of 2018.
