Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 22.11.2023, passed in W.P.(MD) No.22597 of 2021, has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 18.03.2025 bearing No.Na.Ka.A2/3919/2004 passed by the respondent, rejecting the petitioner's request for transfer of patta, is produced before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings in the manner known to law, if so advised.
