Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.174 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.15552 of 2019 dated 13.01.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court Crl.M.P.(MD) No.174 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.15552 of 2019 dated 13.01.2020 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
