ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.125 of 2015 within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of 11 months from the date of registration of the case, the respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.125 of 2015.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.125 of 2015 before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Court concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
