Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420, 419 and 120(B) IPC, in Crime No.09 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner impersonated the defacto complainant and sold the property to the 4th accused vide Doc. No.125/2010. Thereafter, the 4th accused sold the same to M/s.Pacific Agro Farms (P) Limited, vide Doc. No.3620 of 2011.

similarity of the defacto complainant selling the property to various persons.

5.Taking note of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
