2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), would submit

that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and a charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court and the same was not taken on file.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police once in a week, i.e., on the 1st working day of the week at 10.30 a.m. Once the charge sheet is taken on file, they need not appear before the respondent police and shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Court on all hearing dates without fail.
