ORDER : THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER :- The Petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 147,294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC and section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act in Crime No.183 of 2013, on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the name of the petitioner is deleted in Crime No.183 of 2013 and the petitioner is not an accused as on date.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as there is no apprehension of arrest by the petitioner.
