This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner for her petition dated 13.10.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the case has been closed as mistake of fact. The Respondent did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
