The petitioner herein is arrayed as accused No.6 in C.C.No.70 of 2011, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. He filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said C.C.No.70 of 2011.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent represented that on 05.04.2014 itself, the case pertaining to this petition was disposed of, in which the petitioner was acquitted from all the charges by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai. He also produced a copy of the said order before this Court.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate

(Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
