PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in connection with the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.143 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai and quash the same.

This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.143 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai, as against the petitioners herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the charge sheet in C.C.No.143 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai has already been disposed of and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
