ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 21.03.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 307 of IPC in Crime No. 68 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein waylaid the defacto complainant and demanded money from him and when the same was refused by the defacto complainant,the petitioner abused the defacto complainant and attacked him with knife. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. He would also submit that the petitioner is suffering from bone fracture and he needs treatment and hence, he would pray for bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that there are 18 cases pending against the petitioner and he is a history sheeter. Hence she objected for grant of bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are 18 cases pending against the petitioner this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
