ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.394 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 on the file of the 1/3

first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal) appearing for the first respondent would submit that already the investigation has been completed and now, they have filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In this case, the prayer sought for in this petition is to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.394 of 2024. The investigation agency filed the final report after completion of investigation. Even as per the F.I.R, there are some allegations to constitute the offences Therefore, it is appropriate to dispose the petition by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report, if the petitioner aggrieved.

4. With the above said observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is also closed.
