The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenu, has come before this Court by way of Habeas Corpus Petition, alleging that her daughter is gone missing from 02.01.2023.
2.The minor girl, who has been enticed by the third respondent, has been secured, pursuant to the complaint given by the mother. 3.In response to the notice in the Habeas Corpus Petition, the girl has been produced before this Court. The petitioner, who is the mother of the minor girl also present.
4.We enquired the minor girl. She stated that she is willing to go along with her mother.
5.Recording the statement of the minor girl/detenu, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
