This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.140 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the FIR in Cr.No.140 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent has been closed by the concerned Judicial Magistrate under Section 468 Cr.P.C.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the second respondent to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
