RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT DEFACTO COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners / Accused No.1 to 3 in Crl O.P (MD) No. 9115 of 2021 dated 09.07.2021 that they have to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.HAJA MOHIDEEN A, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9115 of 2021 dated 09.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition till today, without fail.
