This petition is filed to direct 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner was only called for enquiry, after issuing summons and therefore, there is no harassment by the 2nd respondent police.
