ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who arrayed as accused 2 and 3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 427 and 506 (ii) of IPC, in Crime No.48 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that an on earlier occasion, on 12.03.2019, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3765 of 2019, however, the petitioners are not in a position to produce surety within a time. Hence, the petitioners filed this second anticipatory bail petition.

imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3765 of 2019 and Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3350 of 2019 shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
