Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and the petitioner and respondent not appeared in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act, praying to condone the delay of 613 days in preferring Crl RC (MD).SR.No.7749 of 2017 on the file of this Court. 2.Since the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo withdrawing his apearance, this Court issued a notice to the petitioner and the notice has been returned stating that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ "Petitioner is not residing in the above address". In the above

circumstances, the matter was directed to be listed today by printing the name of learned counsel for the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed for default.
