O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner based on the representation, dated 04.10.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed by the respondent police. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 would submit that there is a property dispute between the parties and for a property dispute, police protection cannot be granted by the respondent police. 4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider his representation and the same was already considered and closed by the respondent police, no further order is required to be passed. 2/4

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, by preserving the liberty of the parties to lodge complaint against the persons, who indulges in criminal activities.
