ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed for an expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.105 of 2019 pending on the file of Sub Court, Thuraiyur.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner/husband, the cross-examination of the 1st respondent has been completed on 08.11.2022 and thereafter, the matter has been referred for mediation and without any progress, it is pending before mediation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that his client is not interested in mediation and the matter may by referred back to the Court. The said submission is recorded.

4. Considering the fact that the cross-examination of the 1st respondent was completed on 08.11.2022, there shall be a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Thuraiyur to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.105 of 2019 on or before 31.08.2023.

5. With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
