This direction petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to provide necessary police protection to petitioner as well as his family members in the light of his representation dated 21.09.2015.

2.The petitioner seeks police protection to his life and limb through representations dated 21.09.2015. Now, 3-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
