ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to delete the erroneous entry made in respect of the petitioner's land in SF No.10B/2 and 10B/2B2A situated at Chetimallanpatti Village, Thiruvaikundam Taluk, Tuticorin District and permit the petitioner to register a deed in accordance with law, in the light of the petitioner's representations dated 18.12.2024 and 20.01.2025 within prescribed time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 18.12.2024 and 20.12.2024, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of 2/4

hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
