ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking orders to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 13.11.2019 made in I.A.No.4 of 2019 in O.S.No.48 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Devakottai

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application under Order XXVI Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to measure the suit property with the assistance of the Town Surveyor, if so advised.
