ORDER
The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor for her wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 21129 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024.
2. When the matter was taken up on 22.01.2026, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, this Court ordered to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 03.02.2026 and even today (04.02.2026), there is no representation for the petitioner. The contemnor is present before this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnor would submit that they have already filed a counter affidavit stating that order of this Court has been complied with.
