This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.10.2017 against the proposed accused persons.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that though the petitioner sent the complaint through RPAD, the same has not been received by the respondent police in the aforesaid post. Therefore, this present petition is not maintainable.

4.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to make a fresh complaint, if he is so advised.
