O R D E R

This Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order in Cr.M.P.No.260 of 2021 dated 25.10.2021 on the file of the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli and set aside the same.

2.The petitioner made a complaint before the respondent police and he has also filed an application before the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. After perusing the entire materials, the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Trinunelveli dismissed the petition and the petitioner was advised to seek a civil remedy before the concerned Court.

3.On perusal of the complaint, it shows that the petitioner has purchased the land Comprised in Survey No.525/2 measuring to an extent of 7 ares (17.29 cents), it was disturbed by the third party from the year 2017.

4. The entire allegation levelled in the complaint are Civil in nature and the Court below rightly directed the petitioner to approach the civil Court for getting appropriate remedy. Hence, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL.R.C(MD)No.116 of 2022 Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.260 of 2021 dated 25.10.2021.
