ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 27 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and also about to file the final report before the concerned Court.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the petition.

4. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However the respondent police is directed to file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional magistrate within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
