2. Based on the written instructions received from the authorities, the learned Additional Government Pleader categorically states that the water 2/4

channel in S.No.2823 is being maintained as such and that it has not been converted as road. It is further undertaken that all the water channel will be maintained for all times to come.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
