Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the petitioners land in survey 80/1B, 80/3B and 81/6B situated at Kodangipatti, Kodangipatti Post, Bodinayakkanur Taluk, Theni District and fix its boundaries as per the revenue records within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

This Contempt petition has been filed alleging breach of directions given by this Court in the main writ petition. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the direction was given for conducting survey exercise. Cont. P(MD)No.275 of 2020 difficulties in carrying out the survey. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional Civil Court for appropriate relief.
