ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 4, 6 and 7, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 509 and 506 (i) of IPC, in Crime No.50 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that an on earlier occasion, on 12.04.2019, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5440 of 2019, however, the petitioners are not in a position to produce surety within a time. Hence, the petitioners filed this second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ anticipatory bail petition.

3.In view of the above, the anticipatory bail already granted is extended for a further period of two weeks. The other conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5440 of 2019, are unaltered.
