Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANTH.C.RAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time for compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6344 of 2022, dated 08.08.2022.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on condition that apart from the condition imposed by this Court, by order, dated 01.11.2022, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the credit of Legal Aid Services of the concerned Court and no further extension is permitted.
