The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.510 of 2015 registered on the file of the Inspector of Police, Srivilliputhur police station, Virudhunagar District.

2. It appears that the case was registered for the offence under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. for the unnatural death of the petitioner's daughter. Alleging that proper investigation has not been conducted, this criminal original petition came to be filed seeking change of investigation.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) states that final report has been prepared for dropping action in the matter. It is to be filed before the jurisdictional Court. The jurisdictional Court will of course issue notice to the petitioner herein. The petitioner then can work out his rights as per law.

4. With these observations, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
