This writ petition is disposed of with the consent of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 at the time of admission, as this writ petition can be disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to act on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2022 and in terms of the reference made by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.383/A2/2021 dated 27.08.2021 to the 2nd respondent within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that the 2nd respondent shall also hear all the interested parties before such orders are passed. No costs.
