ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, in Crime No.500 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.08.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, and hence, seeks bail.

2.According to the prosecution, the second accused purchased 3.800 kgm of ganja from the first accused on 25.08.2015. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated based on the confession of the co-accused and it is further submitted that due to dispute with the respondent, the petitioner was implicated in other cases as well.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is having 42 previous cases including the offence of extraction, decoity and murder and at present trial is in progress for five cases. It is further submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 and the same was set aside in H.C.P.No.947 of 2014.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
