ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.09.2015 within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents on instructions would submit that after completing the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.4 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 355 and 506(i) of IPC., and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, on 23.05.2018.
