ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.

532 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner on promise of getting a job in Government Adi-dravida Welfare Hostel, received a sum of Rs.1,80,000/- from the defacto complainant. Subsequently, neither he get the job nor he return the money. 3.The case of the petitioner is that he did not receive any amount and he has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that earlier the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17528 of 2015. This Court by order dated 13.10.2015 dismissed the said petition. Immediately, on 15.10.2015 by suppressing the earlier order passed by this Court, the petitioner has filed this petition once again. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor.

6.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), and the petitioner suppressed the fact that the earlier petition filed by them was dismissed on 13.10.2015 and there is no changed circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
