ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 120(B), 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w 34 of IPC, in Crime No.100 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3. The petitioner was granted the relief of anticipatory bail on condition that he would undo the fraud committed by him. But the undertaking was not complied with. Therefore, anticipatory bail earlier granted got cancelled.

4.The petitioner has renewed his prayer by filing this petition. I wanted to know, if the petitioner is willing to honor the earlier undertaking. The petitioner does not appear to be ready for the same. Therefore, I have no other option but to dismiss this petition.
